Under 3,000 units
Not available
Our cost structure, sourcing relationships, and capacity allocation are built around mid-volume runs. Projects below 3,000 units per style do not align with our operational floor.
We do not take projects under 3,000 units per style. Brands at this stage are typically better served by sample-house or small-batch specialists.
3,000 – 4,999 units
Standard pricing
Our entry tier for new programs. Suitable for scaling brands launching a focused capsule, growth-stage labels expanding a proven SKU, or premium labels testing a new silhouette before scaling.
Total volume can split across 2–3 styles (minimum 1,000 units per style within the order) when colorway counts and fabric overlap support efficient cutting.
5,000+ units
Optimal pricing
Our preferred volume range. Programs at this scale earn priority capacity scheduling, optimal per-unit pricing, and the deepest collaboration on fabric sourcing and development.
Multi-style splits welcomed. 5,000+ units per style unlocks the best per-unit pricing through fabric-volume efficiencies and longer production-line allocations.
Why We Hold a 3,000-Unit Minimum
Our cost structure, fabric sourcing relationships, and production-line allocation are built around mid-volume runs. Below 3,000 units per style, the per-unit cost penalty becomes significant — fabric minimums force overbuy, sampling overhead doesn't amortize, and line allocation gets inefficient.
Holding this floor means scaling brands at the right tier get consistent pricing, predictable lead times, and dedicated attention. Brands below the floor are better served by small-batch specialists built for that scale — and we're happy to point you toward Turkish manufacturers in that segment.
We'd rather refuse work than disappoint on price or quality. The floor is honest, not negotiable.
MOQ Questions Answered
Why is your minimum 3,000 units per style?
Our cost structure, fabric sourcing relationships, and production-line allocation are built around mid-volume runs. Below 3,000 units per style, the per-unit cost penalty becomes significant and the development overhead dilutes attention from larger programs. Holding this floor lets us deliver consistent margins and lead times to brands at the right scale.
What if my brand is just under 3,000 units?
We are honest about fit. Brands placing 500–2,000 units per style are typically better served by sample-house or small-batch specialists who are built for that scale. We are happy to point you toward Turkish manufacturers in that segment.
Does the 3,000 floor apply to CMT-only orders?
Yes. CMT and Private Label both sit on the same 3,000 units-per-style floor. The reasoning is the same: production-line setup, QC overhead, and packing costs are similar regardless of whether we source the fabric or you do.
Is the MOQ per style or per total order?
Per style. A single program of 3,000 units of one style works. A program of 1,500 units across two styles does not. However, total orders of 6,000+ units across 2–3 styles can be approved when fabric overlap and colorway counts support efficient cutting — discuss splits during inquiry.
Can I split the MOQ across multiple colorways?
Yes, colorway splits are normal and expected. A 3,000-unit program of one style typically runs across 3–6 colorways. Each colorway should hit a minimum cut-quantity (usually 300–500 units) to remain efficient on the cutting line.
