Private Label Clothing Manufacturer in Turkey
Full-package production for women's dresses and skirts. We source the fabric, cut the patterns, build the samples, and deliver finished, labeled garments — from your tech pack to your warehouse.
Full-Package Manufacturing from Bursa
Private label means full package. You bring the brief, the tech pack, and the brand. We handle fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, production, finishing, branded labeling, and shipment coordination. One supplier, one accountability chain, one production schedule.
Bursa has been Turkey's woven-fabric center for centuries. That heritage shows up in our supply chain: dense fabric agent relationships, fast lead times on premium woven goods, and a quality bar that keeps European and US brands returning season after season.
Who Private Label Suits
Private label is the right model when you have brand vision but lack in-house pattern, sourcing, or production capability — and when your scale justifies a partner managing the whole chain.
- Brands with strong design vision but no in-house pattern team
- Labels that want a single accountable manufacturing partner
- Programs at 3,000+ units per style where development cost is justified
- Sustainability-positioned brands needing OCS or RCS production scope
- DTC and wholesale brands prioritizing speed-to-market and reliable repeat
What's Included

We source from Bursa's woven-fabric cluster and present curated options against your fabric brief. You approve before we commit.
Pattern making & grading
Full-size grading from your tech pack or our development brief. Block adjustments and fit-model iterations included.
Sample development
Multiple sample rounds: proto, fit, PP (pre-production), and shipment sample. Each documented with measurements and photo.
Production with QC at every stage
Cutting-room precision, in-line sewing inspection, end-of-line quality control, and AQL-standard final inspection.
Branded labeling & packing
Your woven labels, hangtags, polybag specs, and carton marking. Ready for retail or DTC fulfillment on arrival.
Shipment coordination
FOB, FCA, or DDP terms. We coordinate with your freight forwarder or arrange door-to-door logistics.
Private label programs require a 3,000-unit per-style floor. Below that, the development cost (sampling, sourcing, pattern work) doesn't amortize across the production volume. 5,000+ units unlocks our best per-unit pricing.

Common Questions
What's the difference between private label and CMT?
Private label is full package — we source fabric, make patterns, sample, produce, label, and ship. CMT (Cut-Make-Trim) means you supply the fabric and patterns, and we handle cutting, sewing, and finishing. Private label suits brands without in-house sourcing/pattern capability; CMT suits brands with established supply chains who want production capacity only.
Do I need a finished tech pack to start?
Helpful but not required. If you have a tech pack, sampling moves faster. If you don't, our development team can build one from sketches, reference garments, and fabric briefs as part of the development phase.
How long is a typical private label program?
From signed brief to landed goods: 12–18 weeks. Development and sampling take 4–6 weeks, fabric sourcing and lab dips 2–3 weeks, production 6–8 weeks, shipping 1–3 weeks depending on destination.
Can you handle our brand labels and hangtags?
Yes. We coordinate woven label, care label, hangtag, polybag, and carton-marking sourcing as part of the program. You provide artwork; we present samples for approval before production.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on production-order confirmation, 70% balance on shipment-ready inspection. Larger or repeat programs can negotiate adjusted terms.
